Before You Accept the Final Version, the following policies apply:

If you have accidentally made a double payment, you refund will be made as soon as it is discovered.  Please send us the receipts via email, so that we can process this refund immediately.

If we have been unable to assign a writer, you will receive notification and an immediate refund.

If you change your mind once a writer has been assigned, unfortunately we cannot do complete refund.  This is because the writer has already begun working, and we must pay him/her for the work completed so far.

If for some reason, your work is not delivered by your deadline, we will re-calculate your cost and suggest a special discount.  Note, this does not apply to requested revisions after the deadline has been met.

If you are  not satisfied with the quality of the work, you are to provide specifics and strong reasons.  Each case will be solved on an individual basis.  Remember, you can request FREE revisions within 48 hours of your paper delivery if our writer failed to meet your requirements.

After You Accept the Final Product, the Following Policies Apply:

You will receive a PDF draft of your work, and you need to review it entirely and request any revisions before you accept the final product.  After you have approved the PDF draft, you will receive the downloadable and printable version.  At this point, refunds will not be considered.
